i love dis book sooo much!! a must-read book for all especially for those who still searching for a better pathway of life. This book will show you how you can live your life to the fullest~
About 3 months after i bought this book, the author-Randy Paucsh had lost his battle of pancreatic cancer. i watched his live lecture @ Carnegie Mellon and i learned a lot from this.
The most interesting part is when he told us about asking. Asking is somehow an art of communication. Maybe we didn't realize before, that the law of asking is unconsciously applied to our daily life. Either we get what we asked or not, that is entirely different story. But, sometimes all we need to do is ASK.
I remember what had happened when I was in the flight to Surabaya, Indonesia last year. I was reading a magazine and suddenly i have sudden thought about getting a visit into the cockpit. I wonder how I want to get into. So, I wrote a piece of note to the Captain and passed it to the FA. I just give a try but no hope. Then I wrote;

dear captain,
Hello n good day
i'm nadia. I wonder if u can allow me to pay a visit into the cockpit.
it has been my childhood dream to be in.
i hope my request won't cause any trouble.
so many thanx...

And after sometime, the FA came to me and said, " Captain is bz right now and if u're not in rush u can stay back after we're landing"...I was like, o my gawd..it's unbelievable!..i cant believe it! at the moment I was very happy but kinda worried. it's all mixed up. But then, after I headed to the cockpit, somehow it was strangely comforting. Both captain and co-pilot are very friendly. it was really an experience. One of the precious moment i guess.emm..
